About Our Work
The Futures Lab is the corporate service arm of The Black Futures Network. Built on years of advising top recruiters, leading global ERGs, and navigating corporate pipelines, we know a persistent truth: Talent is everywhere, but access, unwritten playbooks, and inclusive cultures are not. We exist to fix the corporate pipeline from the inside out.
